Refund and Account Cancellation Policies

You can cancel your account at any time by logging in and using the account management feature, by email or by phone.

If your subscription is a month by month subscription with Eating Free; Cancellation will end any future monthly payments. Cancellation within two days of an automatic payment will be refunded completely. Otherwise, there will be no pro-ration in the month to month subscription.

If your subscription to Eating Free is a packaged subscription the entire amount of the package is non-refundable. A subscription is considered packaged if it includes more than one month of service at a time or the subscription or package contains products or services bundled with a membership subscription. Any Eating Free membership subscription or package purchased as part of a Weight Loss Challenge is non-refundable. Eating Free memberships packaged with other products and services from other vendors are also non-refundable.

There is no refund for any fees listed as Setup or Initiation Fees. There is no refund for time or services already used prior to cancellation of the account.

Personal Coaching Services

Unused coach sessions are fully refundable. However, any unused coach session will expire after 18 months if not used.
