Freecipe: Ginger Marinated Pork

6 Pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp Sugar
1 Garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Ginger, grated
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 to 2 Chili peppers, crushed

Pre heat oven to broil (450 degrees). Combine sugar, garlic, soy sauce, ginger and chili in a plastic bag. Add pork tenderloin and marinate for 30 minutes to one full day.

Cover baking sheet with foil, and lighlty spray with sesame oil. Place marinated meat on cooking tray. Place in oven and cook on each side for 3 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings (1 slice per serving)

    Hello Sarah,
    Are you sure about the picture, to me it looks more like sliced loin than tenderloin, it misses the roundness and uneven diameter.
    I believe in Fresh, in Season and Local food.
    I develop recipes and have an extensive culinary arts background, perhaps I could contribute to something.
