Chicken breast
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Dried oregano
2 tsp Lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven at 400 F degrees. Use a roasting pan. Place chicken breast in roasting pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, 2 tsp of lime juice and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Mix together. Roast for about 25 minutes.
To check if the chicken is fully cooked cut the breast and make sure there is no pink color. If there is place it back in the oven for another 5 minutes. Since you are cooking at high temperatures make sure you don’t dry your meat.
