This is a good and quick recipe. You do not need to cook.
1. In one storage container place oatmeal with milk option or water. For every ½ cup of dry / raw oats put 1 cup of milk, almond milk, soy milk or water.
2. Place the container in the refrigerator and your oatmeal will be ready to eat the next morning.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of nuts and powerful Pichuberries. Enjoy!
