Sugars and Alcohols
For weight loss we do not assign freebies for sugar or alcohol. However, this does not mean that you can’t have them - the key is moderation. Added sugars are simple carbohydrates that provide empty calories (meaning no nutritional value). Therefore, no more than 10% of your calories should be from added sugar.
Like sugar, alcohol is not completely restricted from the Eating Free plan but it does add to your total calories and it will be deducted from your fat freebies. For more on this subject, please see below.
