Recipe - Coffee Rub Marinade for Chicken, Beef or Lamb

1/2 cup finely ground coffee
1/4 cup coarsely ground pepper
1 Tbsp kosher salt
1 1/2 lbs chicken, beef, or lamb

Mix the coffee, pepper, and salt together in a small bowl. Using your hands, rub evenly onto the meat just before grilling. Grill 6-8 minutes per side at 165°F.

Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 4 oz)
