Recipe - Pita Pizzas
Tomato, Herbs de Provence, and Mozzarella Pizza
1 Pita bread
1/4 c Red onion
1/4 c Plum tomato
1 oz Low-fat mozzarella cheese (3g of fat or so per serving)
1/2 tsp Herbes de Provence
Salt and pepper
1 tsp Olive oil
Place
pita on cookie sheet. Arrange onion on top of pita bread, and
then cover with tomato slices. Sprinkle herbs de provence, salt,
pepper, low-fat mozzarella cheese, and olive oil.
Place cookie
sheet containing pizza in oven for 13-15 minutes. When finished,
transfer pizzas to cutting board and cut into wedges.

Chicken Pizza with Fresh Rosemary and Garlic
1 Pita bread
2 oz Grilled chicken breast
Garlic, thinly sliced
1/4 c Mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/4 c Zucchini
1 oz Low-fat mozzarella cheese (3g of fat or so per serving)
Fresh rosemary
Salt and pepper
Place
pita on cookie sheet. Arrange sliced chicken, mushrooms, zucchini,
garlic, cheese, and olive oil on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place
cookie sheet containing pizza in oven for 13-15 minutes. When
finished, transfer pizzas to cutting board and cut into wedges.

Pepperoni Pita Pizza
1 Pita Bread
1/2 c Low fat marinara sauce
8 Hormel’s turkey pepperoni slices
1 oz Low-fat mozzarella cheese (3g of fat or so per serving)
Fresh Basil
Place pita on cookie sheet. Spoon sauce onto pita, and then top with cheese and pepperoni.
Place
cookie sheet containing pizza in oven for 13-15 minutes. When
finished, transfer pizzas to cutting board, and cut into wedges. Top
with fresh basil.

Thai Shrimp and Cilantro Pizza
1 Pita Bread
4 Shelled shrimp, raw
Cilantro leaves
1 tsp Sesame oil
Soy sauce
1/4 c Mushrooms, coarsely chopped
Place pita on cookie sheet and top pita with shrimp and cilantro. Sprinkle soy sauce, oil, and mushrooms.
Place
cookie sheet containing pizza in oven for 13-15 minutes. When
