When you take our simple evaluation to determine your Reboot-Q , you’ll where you fall in the spectrum of optimal health for weight loss. The Reboot- Q takes everything into account, including the quality of food you are eating, the care you take in preparing meals, the amount of rest you get, the amount and kind of energy you expend, as well as the level of stress you experience. When your Reboot-Q score is in the ideal range (the green range, above at least 140), that means everything is working optimally for your best success at weight loss. With other weight loss plans, you’ll simply limit calories. With Whole Body Reboot, you could be at the same calorie level as another plan, but by monitoring and improving your Reboot-Q score, you will lose weight at a greater pace and with more consistency.
