The way our system works is, we’ll figure out your FreeQ, and use that equation to determine your freebies. You’ll get a certain number of freebies in every food group, so if you have 5 freebies of grains, you choose how to “spend” them. Choose pasta, rice, oatmeal—whatever you like. It’s this freedom to choose that makes it possible to stick to the program, and enjoy life while doing it.
